Allison Burke

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Allison has been dancing since she was two years old, training at various pre-professional competitive dance studios across the DFW area. She earned various performance awards and scholarships, including the opportunity to travel across the USA as a teacher's assistant at Co. Dance Convention. Allison also assisted choreographer Kim McSwain at Jump Dance Conventions. In 2010, she began her collegiate studies at Chapman University to earn a Bachelors in Dance and Bachelors in Advertising, and a minor in Film Studies. In her four years there, Allison trained under elite dance faculty including Alicia Guy, Leann Alduenda, Larry Rosenberg, Jenny Backhaus, and Holly Johnston. As a selected member of the Chapman Dance Touring Ensemble, she represented the university to high schools across the country. Dance tour allowed her to train with acclaimed choreographers such as Michael Jackson's original dancer Eddie Garcia, SYTYCD's Ade Obayomi, Diavolo's Chad Michael Hall, and Joffrey Ballet's Stephanie Powell. Allison was also a member of the undefeated national champion Chapman Dance Team and a lead choreographer of the hip hop group Team Shaka. After graduation in 2014, she traveled Europe with her mentor Alicia Guy and performed at the Divadlo Kolowrat National Theater in Prague, Czech Republic. After her invigorating travels, she moved to Los Angeles and signed with MSA Talent Agency to pursue dance professionally. Allison has booked various jobs including a GARNIER Commercial, Myke Terry music video, ARIA New Years Eve Gala, and the iHEART Radio Party at Light Nightclub. She is currently an Ensemble Dancer and Artist Coach Cirque du Soleil's The Beatles LOVE in Las Vegas, Nevada.


Sarah Davison  

Head of Casting and Artistic Advisor Resident Shows Division – Cirque du Soleil  

Sarah started her formal dance training as a dancer with hermother in Toulouse, France. After multiple prizes on theNational scene, she obtained her degree in Dance andChoreography from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Lyon at the age of 16.  

Sarah then started her professional career performing with several neo-classical and Jazz companies in France before she came to North America as an original cast member of Céline Dion’s A New Day. She continued to refine and broaden her experience in live theater in Le Rêve and most recently as a cast member of Viva ELVIS.  

She has had the honor of being trained and working with many of the Dance industry, in many styles such as Ballet, Neo-classical, Jazz, Modern, Hip-Hop and Ballroom. She also has done several TV appearances such as “Dancing with the Stars”,” The Oprah Winfrey Show”, “The Jerry Lewis Telethon “and the “American Music Awards”.  

Beside her busy career on stage, she has been a producer and project manager of many events in the Las Vegas area, as well as teaching classes and workshops all over Europe and in the Las Vegas Local scene.  

Sarah joined the Cirque du Soleil Casting team in 2012 as an Artistic Advisor in charge of the Resident Shows. She was promoted earlier this year to Head of Casting for the Resident Shows Division, in addition to her duty as an Advisor. Since joining Casting, Sarah very much enjoys sharing her experience with hopeful artists, and being a part of the realization of their performing dreams.  


Yago Pita

Yago Pita is the Company Manager for the Cirque du Soleil’s Production “Zumanity” performing at New York-New York.

He oversees all technical operations of the show, facility maintenance, artistic support and Performances. From a very early age back in Spain, he was drawn to the music business. He started touring with different bands and productions in Spain and parts of Europe at age 17. At 22 years old, he literally ran away with the circus. Cirque du Soleil came to perform in Madrid and he jumped on board with the French Canadian group and he has remained with the company up to today.

In his 19 years with Cirque du Soleil Yago has served as Tent Technician for the touring show “Alegria,” Rigger, Head Rigger and Technical Director for the Touring Show “Quidam,” Technical Director for “O” at the “Bellagio.” Operations Production Manager for “ZED” at Tokyo Disneyland and finally as the Operations Production Manager for “KA” at the MGM Grand.

In his time in Las Vegas, Yago was part of the trio that develop the Ascension program and has participated as Mentor for several years, Production Director for the first “One Night for One Drop,” develop the Technical Training Module for CDS and many other projects.

In his spare time, Yago loves to spend time with his family, travel and do projects at their home.Yago currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.


Kim Scott

­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Kim Scott serves as the Company Manager for KÀ by Cirque du Soleil at The MGM Grand in Las Vegas. She oversees more than 300 cast, crew and staff members who operate the production daily. She works with the marketing, ticketing, sales, public relations, health and safety, technical and show support departments to maximize the support to the show.

Prior to her current position, Kim managed The Beatles LOVE and CRISS ANGEL BeLIEve™. During her tenure with Cirque du Soleil, she served as Director of Show Support for the Resident Shows Division and was responsible for the conception and execution of the Educational Cooperative Program. This program is between Cirque du Soleil and key universities around the world. It gives faculty and students hands on training with technicians from our current productions.

Kim is a founder of the United States Institute of Theatre Technology (USITT) Elite Training Program, a collaborative effort between USITT, Cirque du Soleil and their technical partners to provide students with an opportunity for hands on training with the technology used on the current Cirque productions. Kim served as chair for the eSET Council; the Essential Skills for Entertainment Technicians. This council is defining the technical standards for entry level technicians working in live entertainment.

Kim is currently serving as the Treasurer of USITT. She is also the Director at Large for the Intermountain Desert Section USITT. As well, she holds a position on the academic advisory boards of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Chapman University, University of Nevada Las Vegas, St. Clair College and the Academy of Art University.  She is also proud to serve on the advisory boards for Nevada High School Theatre Technical Standards and Cure 4 the Kids Foundation Children's Specialty Center of Nevada.

Kim holds a Master of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of California-Irvine. She had a vibrant professional career performing in concert dance and musical theatre before joining Cirque du Soleil.
